Hana Bank announced on the 13th that it will introduce “HAI Robo,” an artificial intelligence (AI) asset management service.

The service is a service that recommends a portfolio of financial products suitable for each customer’s investment propensity and purpose by applying AI algorithm.

The portfolio consists of various fund products depending on the type of investment, and is characterized by regular follow-up services based on deep learning technology for big data in the financial market.

Hana Bank will hold a subscription event until December 9 in line with the launch of the asset management service.

Subject to the event are customers who sign up for products proposed by Hi-Robo for more than 100,000 won, register for automatic transfers, or newly sign up for more than 1 million won.

It plans to pay 20,000 Hana Money for Hana Financial Group’s integrated membership points that can be used like cash to the first 3,000 people.

Kim Ki-seok, vice president of Hana Bank’s asset management group, said, “The demand for customized asset management is increasing amid the recent diversification of financial products and rapidly changing financial environment.”

“Artificial intelligence (AI) asset management ‘Hi Robo’ using big data in the financial market will solve customers’ fund choices and make efforts to become an asset management service that can be easily accessed by MZ generation and novice investors,” he said.
