KONDOR announced that it was selected for the 2022 International Intellectual Property Dispute Response Strategy Support Project.

The project provides companies suffering from international intellectual property disputes with countermeasures such as patent infringement analysis, patent exercise strategy, dispute risk preparation strategy, warning letter response strategy, license negotiation strategy, and lawsuit defense strategy.

With the selection of condominiums for the project, the risks can be confirmed in advance by closely analyzing the possibility of infringement of competitors with overseas patent rights when entering overseas markets.

Condol’s target product is KONPAY, which is building a fast and inexpensive END TO END platform that improves the inefficiency of the existing payment system, and is an integrated payment service that allows network users to use P2P remittance, payment, and merchant simple payment functions more cheaply and efficiently.

Condol is currently at the door of the Vietnamese market and is preparing to expand its global business in the blockchain sector. Accordingly, in order to prevent patent disputes in these countries, prior patents in each country are investigated to select patents at risk of infringement, and countermeasures such as avoidance design are established for patents at risk of infringement.

“We will closely establish response strategies such as avoidance design, invalidation analysis, and IP rights for conflict risk patents with a high risk of infringement,” a Kondol official said.
